These Terms of Service govern your use of Pello AI at pello.me. By using Pello AI, you agree to these terms.
1. Using Pello AI
You may use Pello AI only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the Google account you use to sign in and for activity that happens through your account.
2. What the service does
Pello AI provides AI-powered speaking practice on Google Meet. It is a coaching and rehearsal product, not a guaranteed path to any test score, interview result, job offer, or business outcome.
3. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, break the law, upload content you do not have permission to use, or interfere with the reliability or security of Pello AI.
4. Third-party services
Pello AI depends on third-party services such as Google and meeting-runtime providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
